Getting started
How does my plan work?
After you sign up, a short fitness survey asks about your body, goals and experience, and whether you train with no equipment (calisthenics) or at the gym. The app then picks a workout for each day of the week. You can switch between calisthenics and gym anytime from the home screen or your profile, and retake the survey as you progress.
How do I finish a workout?
Open today's workout and tap each exercise as you finish it. When you're done, tap All workouts done and save it to your history.
Your account and logging in
I didn't get the verification email
New accounts need to verify their email before they can log in. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from support@iama.live. If it isn't there, open the app, try to log in, and tap Resend email. You can request a new link once a minute, and each link works for 60 minutes.
The verification link says it expired
Links expire after 60 minutes. Tap Resend email on the app's login screen to get a new one, then open the newest email.
I forgot my password
Email us from your account's email address and we'll help you get back in.
Can I log in with Face ID or my fingerprint?
Yes. After you log in with your password, the app offers to use Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint next time. You can turn it on or off in your profile.
Can I use the website?
Yes. Log in on iama.live with your app account to see your training history, today's nutrition and your membership. Training and food logging happen in the app.
Premium and subscriptions
What does Premium include?
Every day of your weekly plan, all premium workouts, custom plans with your own workouts, and nutrition tracking: calorie and macro goals, food search, keto and low-carb plans, and a fasting timer. You can buy 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, or Lifetime with a one-time payment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel them there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Android: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, or go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
I bought Premium but the app doesn't show it
Make sure you're logged in to the same I am Alive! account, then open Profile → Go Premium → Restore purchases. If it still doesn't show, email us with the date of the purchase.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you paid through. For the App Store, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, see Google Play's refund help.
Nutrition and fasting
A food I eat isn't in the list
In food search, tap Create food and enter its calories and macros per serving, from the label if it has one. It's saved to your foods for next time.
How are my calorie and macro goals worked out?
They're suggested from your survey answers: your age, gender, height, weight, activity level and goals. You can change them anytime in the Diet tab under Edit goals, or pick a diet style such as keto or low-carb.
How accurate are the food values?
They're typical values per serving. Home-cooked dishes vary with the recipe and portion, so treat them as estimates.
Your data and deleting your account
You can delete individual workouts, history, food entries and measurements in the app at any time.
To delete your whole account and everything you've logged, open the app and go to Profile → Delete account, or log in on the website and go to Settings → Delete account. You confirm with your password, and the account is deleted straight away. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription, so cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings too.
Can't log in? Email support@iama.live from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll delete it within 30 days.

A note on health
I am Alive! gives general fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program, diet or fasting schedule, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
